How billing works

Ticklist is billed by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice, so there's no separate payment to set up. Shopify sets app prices in US dollars and shows you an estimate in your own currency; the amount you pay can move slightly with the exchange rate.

Start your trial

Open Ticklist and click View plans, choose monthly or yearly, and approve. You won't be charged during the 14-day trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends by uninstalling Ticklist.

Without a plan

You can open Ticklist and set up your steps without a plan, but ticking steps on orders needs an active plan or trial. Until then, Ticklist shows a No active plan banner.

Cancelling

To cancel, uninstall Ticklist from Settings > Apps in your Shopify admin. Billing stops when you uninstall. See Uninstalling Ticklist and your data.
