Order tags: in progress and complete

Ticklist adds a tag to each order as its checklist progresses, so you can see at a glance in your Orders list which orders are untouched, in progress or done.

Change the tag names

Open Ticklist and go to the tag settings. You can change the text of the in progress tag and the complete tag to suit your store. New tags are used from the next tick onwards; tags already on orders aren't renamed.

Find orders by tag

In Orders, filter by tag and choose the Ticklist tag you want, for example 🟡 Checklist in progress to see every order that's been started but not finished. You can save the filter as a view to come back to it quickly.

Why are the tags grey?

Shopify shows every tag in the same grey, whichever app adds it, and apps can't change tag colours or add coloured badges to the Orders list. That's why Ticklist's default tags start with a coloured emoji (🟡 and ✅), so they stand out.

Unticking

By default, tags follow the checklist when a step is unticked. See Tick off steps on an order.
