Uninstalling Ticklist and your data

What Ticklist stores

• Your checklist steps and tag settings.

• For each tick: the order ID and order number, the step, the time, and the name of the staff member who ticked it.

Ticklist doesn't read or store any customer details: no names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses. It uses Shopify's order permission only to show the checklist and to add or remove its order tags.

Uninstall Ticklist

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.

2. Find Ticklist: Order Checklist, open the menu next to it and click Uninstall.

What happens to your data

Ticklist loses access to your store as soon as you uninstall. Shopify then notifies us 48 hours later, and we delete all of your store's Ticklist data, including your steps and tick history. This can't be undone, so if you reinstall later you'll start with an empty checklist.

Tags that Ticklist has already added stay on your orders, because they're part of your Shopify order data. You can remove them from the Orders list if you no longer need them.
