Do new orders appear on the board automatically?
Yes. Once you've set up Cue, new orders join the board on their own. Add your existing open orders with one click when you start.
Is there a limit on orders or staff?
No. Every plan includes unlimited orders and staff.
Can I use my own stages?
Yes. Start with the suggested stages, then add, rename and reorder your own.
Can I move lots of orders at once?
Yes. Tick the orders in your Orders list and use Set stage.
Do my customers see anything?
Only on the Pro plan, if you choose to show customers their order's progress on their order status page.
