Stage tags

Cue tags each order with its current stage, for example Stage: In production. When the order moves, the tag changes to match.

Filter your Orders list

In Orders, filter by tag and choose the stage you want. Save the filter as a view to come back to it quickly.

Because they're ordinary Shopify tags, Shopify Flow and other apps can use them too.
