Getting started with Cue

Cue: Order Workflow puts your Shopify orders on a board, with a column for each stage of your work. Move orders from New to Ready to ship, see what to make and when it's due, and print job sheets for the workshop.

1. Install Cue

Install Cue from the Shopify App Store. Once it's installed, it appears under Apps in your Shopify admin.

2. Start your free trial

Cue comes with a 14-day free trial. Plans start at $9.99 USD a month, billed through Shopify, with unlimited orders and staff on every plan.

3. Set your stages

Cue starts you off with New, In production, Quality check and Ready to ship. Add, rename and reorder them to match how you work.

4. Add your open orders

Add your open orders to the board with one click. From then on, new orders join the board on their own.

5. Add Cue to your order page

Open any order, click + App block at the bottom of the order page, choose the Cue block and pin it. It then shows on every order for your whole team.
