Set up your stages

Each stage is a column on your board. Orders move from left to right as your team works on them.

The starting stages

Cue starts with New, In production, Quality check and Ready to ship.

Change your stages

• Add a stage for each step your orders go through, for example Awaiting artwork or Printing.

• Rename a stage to use your own words.

• Reorder stages so the columns match the order your work happens in.

Tips

• Keep stage names short so the columns are easy to read.

• Each order is tagged with its stage, so short names also keep your Orders list tidy.
