Uninstalling Cue and your data

What Cue stores

• Your stages and settings.

• Each order's place on the board and its history of moves.

Uninstall Cue

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.

2. Find Cue: Order Workflow, open the menu next to it and click Uninstall.

What happens to your data

Cue loses access to your store as soon as you uninstall. Shopify then notifies us 48 hours later, and we delete all of your store's Cue data. This can't be undone, so if you reinstall later you'll start again from scratch.

Stage tags that Cue has already added stay on your orders, because they're part of your Shopify order data. You can remove them from the Orders list if you no longer need them.
