How Handoff tags orders with the assignee, and how every change is recorded.

Assignee tags
Handoff tags each assigned order with the person's name, for example Assigned: Priya. When the order is reassigned, the tag changes to match. Unassigned orders have no Handoff tag.
Filter your Orders list
In Orders, filter by tag and choose the assignee you want. Save the filter as a view to give each person a quick link to their orders.
History
Every change records who made it and when, for example 09:12 #1044 assigned to Priya by Sam.
