Do the people I assign orders to need a Shopify account?
No. Staff are added when they open Handoff, and you can add anyone else by hand with their name and email address.
How many orders can I assign at once?
Up to 50 orders at a time from your Orders list.
Does Handoff change my storefront or theme?
No. Handoff works only inside your Shopify admin. Your customers never see it.
Does Handoff see my customers' details?
No. It uses only the order ID and order number, and assignment emails don't include customer details.
Does it work with Shopify Flow or other apps?
Handoff adds ordinary Shopify order tags, such as Assigned: Sam, so anything that reads order tags can use them.
How much does it cost?
$6.99 USD a month, with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.
