Fill in fields on an order
How staff fill in fields, and how Notch records who changed what and when.

Open an order and use the Order fields block to fill in your fields. The block shows how many are filled in, for example 3 of 5 filled.
Who changed what
Every change records the name of the staff member who made it and the time, for example Last changed by Sam, 09:12. You'll see this on the order, and the latest changes across all your orders are listed in the app's recent changes.
Changing or clearing a field
Fields can be changed at any time. Each change is recorded, so you can always see who last changed a field and when.
