Can my staff use it?
Yes. Anyone in your store with permission to use apps can fill in fields, and Notch records their name against each change.
Does Notch change my storefront or theme?
No. Notch works only inside your Shopify admin. Nothing is added to your online store, theme or checkout, and your customers never see it.
Does Notch see my customers' details?
No. It uses only the order ID and order number. Field values are whatever your staff enter.
Does it work with Shopify Flow or other apps?
Notch can add ordinary Shopify order tags from dropdown and yes/no fields, so anything that reads order tags, such as Shopify Flow, can use them.
How much does it cost?
$6.99 USD a month, with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify.
