Add Handoff to your order page

Handoff shows on the order page in your Shopify admin as a block. Shopify asks you to add the block the first time you use it.

Add the block

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Orders and open any order.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the order page and click + App block.

3. Choose Handoff.

4. Click the pin icon to pin the block.

Once it's pinned, the block appears on every order, for you and your staff.

Can't see the block?

• Reload the order page.

• Check that the app has finished installing: open it once from Apps in your Shopify admin.

• Make sure the staff member has permission to use apps in your store (Settings > Users and permissions).
