Assignment emails
When an order is assigned to someone, Handoff emails them to say which order is theirs. The email includes the order number; it doesn't include your customer's details.
Not getting the emails? Check the spam or junk folder, and check that the email address in your Handoff team is correct.
Everyone's open orders
Each person can see their own open orders in one list in Handoff, and the app shows how many open orders each person has, so you can share work out evenly.
