Assign orders

Assign one order

1. Open the order in your Shopify admin.

2. In the Handoff block, pick the person the order is for.

To take an order off someone, set it back to Unassigned.

Assign many orders at once

1. In Orders, tick up to 50 orders.

2. Open the bulk actions menu and choose Handoff's assign action.

3. Pick the person and confirm.

What happens next

• The person is emailed to say the order is theirs.

• The order is tagged with their name, for example Assigned: Sam.

• The change is recorded with who made it and when.
