When a staff member in your store opens Handoff, they're added to your team.

Add someone by hand

You can add anyone else, for example a freelancer or someone in your workshop, with their name and email address. They don't need a Shopify account. They'll receive an email whenever an order is assigned to them.

Before you add someone by hand, let them know they'll get assignment emails from Handoff.
